What is NoxSphere ONE?
NoxSphere ONE is modular cloud software for small and mid-sized companies. It combines invoicing, double-entry bookkeeping, CRM, HR, projects, warehouse and time tracking in one application on a shared data base: a contact is created once and stays the same record in the quote, the invoice, the sales pipeline and the personnel file.
Bookkeeping is double-entry and the journal is immutable: a correction is posted as a counter-entry, never by deleting. Interface and documents come in English and German, and you invoice in euros, US dollars, pounds, Swiss francs, Australian and New Zealand dollars. Anyone posting under German law will find the SKR03 and SKR04 charts of accounts, a GoBD-proof journal, DATEV CSV export and ZUGFeRD e-invoicing built in.
Pricing is per tenant and includes a set number of users: Professional at €49 per month with five users and three modules, Enterprise at €149 per month with fifteen users and every module. The platform is operated in a data centre inside the EU; running it on your own infrastructure is possible.

What does NoxSphere ONE cost?
Professional costs €49 per month plus VAT and includes five users and three modules of your choice. Every further module costs €15 per month, every further user 10 percent of the monthly price. Enterprise costs €149 per month with fifteen users and all modules. There is no minimum term; you cancel monthly. During Early Access separate terms apply, which we discuss in the introductory call.
Which companies is NoxSphere ONE built for?
For small and mid-sized companies in the EU, the US, Australia and New Zealand that currently run several separate tools: accounting in one program, CRM in the next, project hours in a spreadsheet. Interface and documents come in English and German, and you invoice in six currencies. Typical users are agencies, trades, retail and service firms with five to fifty employees. If all you do is send invoices, dedicated invoicing software is cheaper.
Which modules exist, and can I add them later?
There are modules for invoicing, accounting, CRM and sales, HR, projects, warehouse, time tracking, email and calendar, plus the Onoxia assistant. Modules can be switched on or off at any time and the data stays intact. Professional includes three modules of your choice, Enterprise includes all of them.
Is NoxSphere ONE GoBD- and GDPR-compliant?
The accounting journal is immutable: posted documents cannot be edited or deleted, a correction is created as a counter-entry (Storno) referencing the original. Changes to master data are written to an audit log that cannot be overwritten either. Operations run in a data centre inside the EU; data export and erasure of personal data are built into the application.
How is NoxSphere ONE different from sevDesk, Lexoffice or Odoo?
sevDesk and Lexoffice are invoicing and bookkeeping programs; a sales pipeline, HR, warehouse and project hours are not part of them. Odoo covers those areas but does not ship DATEV export, a GoBD-proof journal or ZUGFeRD out of the box. NoxSphere ONE has both in one application, and DATEV export, a GoBD journal and ZUGFeRD are built in rather than bolted on.
Can I run NoxSphere ONE on my own servers?
Yes. The platform runs as a container on your own infrastructure, provided PostgreSQL is available. This makes sense when internal policy requires operation in your own data centre. We handle setup and maintenance on request; terms are agreed individually.
Is there an interface to other programs?
Yes, a REST API under /api/v1 with token authentication via OAuth 2.0. Contacts and appointments are also available over CardDAV and CalDAV, files through the Nextcloud integration. For the tax advisor there is DATEV CSV export, for invoices the ZUGFeRD format.
How do I get access?
NoxSphere ONE is in its Early Access phase, so there is no open sign-up yet. You apply through the form at noxsphere.com/early-access; an introductory call follows in which we settle modules, data migration and terms. Setting up the tenant itself then takes under 30 minutes.
